WorkoutLog Pro
Terms of use
These terms govern your use of WorkoutLog Pro (the website at workoutlogpro.com and its AI connector), operated by Mathieu Giguere, a sole proprietor in Quebec, Canada ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
Not medical or training advice
WorkoutLog Pro is a logging tool. Numbers it shows, including plans, records and estimates made by AI assistants, are for your own tracking. Nothing in the service is medical advice or a substitute for a qualified coach. Exercise carries a risk of injury: talk to a health professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant, and stop if something hurts.
Your account
You must be at least 14 years old. Keep access to your sign-in account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account, including actions taken by AI apps you connect. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
AI assistants
When you connect an AI app (such as Claude or ChatGPT), you authorize it to read and change your log within the access you approve. AI apps can make mistakes: review what they log and plan, and disconnect them at any time. Your use of those apps is governed by their providers' terms, not ours.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or other users.
Your content
Your log, exercises and plans remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
The service
We work to keep WorkoutLog Pro available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days to download your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for injuries from exercise, or for decisions you make based on the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be waived.
